Lincoln Common Construction Progress Update - December 8, 2017

Week of 12/11/17

  • Excavation work will continue on site
  • Concrete work on the A2 South Tower will continue – Decking for the 2nd floor will continue
  • Concrete work on the A1 North Tower will continue – Decking for the 1st floor will start
  • D Building work North of the garage – Caisson foundation work will start. We will be removing the trees, plantings and planters from in front of the North parking garage entrance to accommodate the caisson drill rig. (See map above.)

Week of 12/18/17

  • Excavation work will continue on site
  • Concrete work on the A2 South Tower will continue – 2nd floor deck will be poured and 3rd floor decking will start
  • Concrete work on the A1 North Tower will continue – Decking for the 1st floor will continue. Sections of the loading dock basement slab will be poured.
  • D Building work North of the garage – Caisson foundation work will be complete. Sewer work in Lincoln Avenue will start.

Week of 12/25/17

  • Excavation work will continue on site
  • Concrete work on the A2 South Tower will continue –3rd floor deck will be poured
  • Concrete work on the A1 North Tower will continue –1st floor deck will be poured. More of the loading dock basement slab will be poured.
  • D Building work North of the garage – Sewer work on Lincoln Avenue will start. Partial lane closure may occur.
  • Installation of the storm water detention tank under the building footprint will start.

Belmont Village – Lincoln Park Construction Progress Update - August 28, 2017

Just a reminder that sheeting along the alley on the northwest corner of the Belmont Village project site will take place this Wednesday 8/30 and Thursday 8/31 and this work will close a small portion of the alley each day (view map). The alley will still be accessible from the north entrance and residents on the southernmost portion of the alley (running east/west) will still have access to their homes.
