Belmont Village Phase 2 Building Demolition – Completion – February 2017
- Sidewalk and parking lanes have been closed and will remain closed for the duration of the project.
- The building is currently demolished down to the 4th floor.
- Perimeter scaffolding and scrim will continue to be removed from the top of the building as structural demolition progresses.
- Interior strip out demolition has been completed.
- Structural demolition targeting completion on schedule in February.
