Buddha Belly Kids Yoga is a mobile yoga company founded by educators and dedicated to nurturing kids’ innate desire for movement and play. We are so excited to partner with them to offer family yoga on The Plaza. BBKY explores yoga through poses, movement, and relaxation while encouraging creativity and fun! The family yoga class provides the medium for families to bond, express themselves, and play. Adults and children will interact through poses, breathing, and connection. We welcome parents, caregivers, children, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents to join us for an opportunity to be better together! This class is designed for families with children ages 2-8 years; however, younger or older siblings are most welcome.
